We liked hot breakfasts and fantastic views!
The accommodation was unique, pool was nice, beds were comfortable. The food was good - lots of options. Its location was exceptionally nice, so close to the beautiful adjoining natural park set in a river canyon with stunning waterfalls as well as waterfalls and lakes.

We liked the entire experience. A wonderful place to stay, to get away from the city and relax. The nature park is amazing and the aviary has very good shows / demonstrations. The included breakfast was also very good.

The main attraction is of course the fantastic nature park. We had two wonderful days walking through the fairytale landscape with a myriad of waterfalls - spotting eagles, fish and various insects. The monastery itself is a very nice building, the rooms were nice with a balcony outside. The bar area and the pool contribute to make this a good place to relax and enjoy the slower pleasures of life. The food was mostly good, but somewhat variable.
It would be profitable for the overall experience with some improvement in the catering department - both at the hotel restaurant and in the associated cafe / "fast food restaurant". On our second day of breakfast the staff was less than attentive, it took a long time for them to notice that things were running out at the breakfast buffet and then replenishing these items. A higher quality throughout in food and service would match the surroundings better and make a stay here "absolutely fabulous".

An absolutely amazing experience!! The hotel itself is in a breathtaking old monastery. A nights stay includes a great tour of the monastery as well as admission into the amazing national park that it is situated right in the middle of. I cannot give this place a high enough rating.

Staying in a historical building gives a unique feeling that makes the experience a must-try. the location is perfect surrounded by natural beauty, which could be seen from the room's window. the breakfast was splendid with a wide range of foods to choose from.
The room was not luxurious and quite small. Some of the restaurant staff seemed to be untrained and uninterested in their job.
